After wanting to flip a house for nearly 20 years Mom finally gets the chance! Searching for a house that was just right was a challenge. It had to make Dad happy, too, for he was doing most of the heavy lifting.
The house has been found and so it begins!

Day 21
Today is Wednesday and four of the kids have Civil Air Patrol.... so a quick stop to check on things and we were outta there!
